RED HUGS BRINGS MID-AUTUMN JOY TO 300 DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN IN 2024
On the evening of September 15, 2024, at the Thu Duc City Labor Cultural House (Ho Chi Minh City), the “Loving Mid-Autumn 2024” program was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Social Work Center in collaboration with the Thu Duc City Labor Federation, with the companionship of Red Communications through its charitable initiative “Red Hugs”.
The event welcomed the attendance of Ms. Huynh Thi Ngoc Lien - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Women’s Affairs Committee, HCMC Labor Federation; Mr. Vo Minh Thanh Tung – Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Member of the Standing Committee of Thu Duc City Party Committee, Chairman of Thu Duc City Labor Federation; and Mr. Nguyen Trong Tinh – Director of the Trade Union Social Work Center.
“Red Hugs – Warm Embrace” is a charity program initiated by Red Communications in 2022. With the belief that “Investing in education is the most meaningful investment”, Red Hugs aims to create learning and development opportunities for children. Through various charitable activities, Red Hugs seeks to build a better society where every individual is respected and given the chance to grow.
In line with this mission, at the “Loving Mid-Autumn 2024” event, Red Hugs and the organizing committee presented 300 gift sets (including mooncakes, lanterns, etc.) along with 30 scholarships (worth 1,000,000 VND each) to disadvantaged children of trade union members and workers in Thu Duc City. The total value of the gifts reached 100 million VND, sponsored by Red Communications.
Through Red Hugs’ community activities, Red Communications hopes to contribute to building a compassionate society where kindness and equal opportunities are shared with those in need.
The communication and marketing specialists at Red Communications also showcased their diverse talents through performances including the dance “What is Love & Bống Bống Bang Bang”.

and “Nếu một mai tôi bay lên trời” by Khánh Trình.
The skit “Where is the Jade Rabbit?” performed by the Red Communications team received enthusiastic support from the children.
